By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.All commissioned artwork is subject to artistic interpretation. Minor differences between the initial sketch and final line art are to be expected. Absolute accuracy or perfection is not guaranteed.All artwork is provided for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise explicitly agreed to in writing. I retain full copyright ownership of all commissioned work. I reserve the right to display, reproduce, and distribute the completed artwork for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.The client is strictly prohibited from removing artist credit, claiming the artwork as their own, reselling the artwork, modifying or editing the artwork in any way (including but not limited to the use of filters), or using the artwork for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the event that I am unable to complete the commission. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission request at my sole discretion. Pricing is subject to change based on the complexity, detail, or scope of the requested work.I accept commissions involving humanoid subjects, original characters, fan art, mild gore or violence, LGBTQ+ themes, minor mecha elements, and both SFW and NSFW content. I do not accept commissions involving furry or anthropomorphic characters (exceptions may be considered), non-consensual themes, underage subjects, or content that is hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.Clients are required to provide clear and accurate visual references prior to the start of the commission. References must be well-lit and sufficiently detailed to ensure accurate representation. I am not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from unclear, incomplete, or misleading reference material.If you are using your in-game character (e.g. WoW), you MUST provide a list of your transmog OR a link to you character in the WoWhead dressing room/WoW Armory.For designs involving complex elements such as armor, tattoos, or intricate hairstyles, clients are strongly advised to provide multiple reference angles (e.g., front, side, and back views).I will provide progress updates within a reasonable timeframe. Clients are expected to maintain communication. Failure to respond in a timely manner or abandonment of the commission may result in you being dropped as a client indefinitely.Commission progress will be made available via Trello (link available below).
